Reward Points are earned on every purchase. Simply place an order on any product and earn 1 point for every £1 spent. You can also earn points by leaving reviews and completing your Beauty Profile.
Once converted into credit and used, your points will be deducted from your total points that qualify for credit redemption, however you will continue building points that are related to your Tier.
Your Tier cumulative points balance builds and automatically assigns you to each new tier once the threshold is met, each tier has unique benefits to redeem and enjoy.
You can view your points balance by signing into ABH, selecting My Account followed by ABH Rewards.
If you’ve recently made an order, your points will update as soon as your full order has been shipped.

You need a certain amount of points to reach each tier:
Tier 1 - Fan:
0 - 99
Tier 2 - Lover:
100 - 199
Tier 3 - Icon
200 - 299
Tier 4 - Legend
300+
Rewards Points will expire 365 days after they are earned.
Your points will be valid for 12 months from the date they are credit to your account.
You have 30 days to redeem your credit, make sure you only convert it when you're ready to shop!
You can check your Rewards Points balance in your My Account section, within your ABH Inner Circle profile and on product pages. If you believe you should have more points than you currently do, you can contact the customer service team.
Rewards Points will be awarded up to 48hrs after dispatch and added to your account.
Your review should be a verified review which means you should have bought the product using same account you are expecting to receive your point to. Allow some time for review to go through moderation, before appearing on site.
Details and access to most of your benefits will be delivered via email along with details of how to redeem, so make sure your email address is up to date in your account. In some cases the rewards will be automatically applied at checkout.
