- Use the spoolie end of the eyebrow pencil to brush brow hairs upward and then define and fill the lower arch of the brow.
- Next, brush hairs downward and fill in the tail end of the brow.
- For professional-quality results and natural-looking texture, continuously comb through the hairs during application.
- To finish, fill in the front end of the eyebrow with minimal product in the direction of your brow hair's natural growth.
- For maximum color payoff, warm the tip of the eyebrow pencil on the back of your hand before applying.

Softly deposits colour
I like that Anastasia products are shown in on line tutorials to create well defined -  but NEVER ‘blockie or hard’ looking  brows.  This soft powdery pencil  is perfect for creating a background shadow for either natural brow hairs or for those drawn in as a finishing touch.  Even the darker pencils can be applied with the lightest touch to create the exact  shade you’re looking for without looking heavy.  Another great Anastasia product!

Love the Anastasia Beverly
Love the Anastasia Beverly Hills Brow Pencil so much! Apply on very smooth and also very pigmented like I love! But I am very careful not to make too harsh of a stroke a little goes a long way. Love this a lot and definitely recommend!

I’m so glad I bought this . It’s a pretty good price and it’s goes great with my brown eyes. It’s easy to apply and it’s stays on all day. I like to pair it with the Brow gel. I recommend this it’s really a good eyebrow pencil.

Very happy
This is a great eyebrow pencil. I tried it on a whim, I had been using another brand and their colors changed slightly and while I was Ok with the new color, I didn't love it for me. This color is great for my dark red color treated hair.

Perfect brows
