If you have ordered as a guest, or as a registered customer from Slovenia, Malta, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia and Cyprus, you can request your return label using the contact us form (Online orders/Return label needed).

If you ordered as a registered customer, you can also request your return label using the contact us form (Online orders/Return label needed) or print it directly following the below steps:

1. In order to authorize your return and obtain a return shipping label, please login to your account or ‘check order status’ on the My Account login page.

2. Click ‘create a return’ at the bottom of your order summary.

3. Complete the online forms and select how you would like to receive your return shipping label (pdf download, email, mail).

4. Pack your return using the original packaging, and include the return form, and adhere the return shipping label to the outside of the box.

5. Drop your finished package at your local post office.

6. Please allow up to 5 business days to process your return once the package is received at our facilities. During holiday periods please allow for more time.

7. Please note, returns that are not authorized will not be processed.

Return can take up to 14 open days from your deposit to arrive at our facilities. Once the item is received in our fulfillment center, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund credit to appear on your original form of payment, depending on your financial institution.

Return Policy:

We want you to be totally satisfied with your order; however we understand if a product doesn't work out and want to make the return as painless as possible. Naturally, we cannot take returns on overly used products or products purchased outside of our 30-day return window. Please also note that we are not able to accept exchanges of products at this time. Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer website credit for gift returns. All gift returns will be credited to the credit card of the gift purchaser upon receipt of the return.

If you wish to return a product, please do so within 30 days from the ship date for a refund on the purchase price, minus shipping, handling and other charges. Refunds will be credited to the original credit card used for payment.

Only items purchased on will be accepted. If your items were purchased at an authorized retailer, please contact that retailer directly to arrange for a return. Items purchased on cannot be returned or exchanged at retailers that sell Anastasia Beverly Hills Cosmetics.
